Please note that your booking is only valid once it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g. via email or phone).
If the scheduled time no longer suits you and you wish to cancel your appointment, please notify us by email or phone.
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend at the reserved time, please inform us in advance. As rescheduling takes time, cancellations or appointment changes are free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, by email or phone, taking our opening hours into account.
Your personal data will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties.
